• Notes South African leverage restrictions and the FSP vs ODP (Over-the-Counter Derivative Provider) licence distinction from the FSCA's published rules
• Records ZAR funding availability and FICA/KYC requirements from broker's own terms

South Africa: RandBroker covers only FSCA-authorised brokers. Each broker's FSP number is checked on the live FSCA register at the date shown. The FSCA register is the primary authority — if a broker's authorisation has lapsed or been suspended since our last check, contact us.

What Pipex does NOT do

• Never opened a brokerage account, executed a trade, or deposited funds — no first-person experiential claims ("I withdrew in 24 hours")
• Does not give financial advice (within the meaning of the FAIS Act) or any personal recommendation
• Does not guess — figures are left blank rather than estimated when a primary source is unavailable

How Pipex verifies

• Every regulatory claim is sourced to the primary register at the date shown
• Each draft passes an adversarial fact-check pass before publication
• Editorial freshness dates are updated only when the underlying data is re-verified, not on a timer
